The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Consumer Agreement

  • It is important that our customers are completely satisfied with their Olive purchase … we want your continued business and will go out of our way to ensure that but we ask that you please remember we are a small business that's working very hard to make it. Please be considerate of our time and products and we will work hard to ensure your happiness!

    Returns/ Exchanges/ Defects:

    * Returns on Non Sale Items that are unworn and have tags attached (except those mentioned, as

       exceptions below) are accepted within 14 days from the initial shipment for a Refund minus a 10%

       Fee (For restocking and Credit Card Fees).

    * Exchanges are accepted on all unworn non sale items within 14 days; either for a size, style or color that

       you prefer more, or for store credit in the form of a gift certificate or internet code that can be used on

       other items.

    * Defects happen, and if for some reason it slipped by us, please contact us and we will arrange and

       accept a return within 14 days.

    Non returnable or exchangeable items are:

    * All products that have been worn, do not have oriniginal tags attached, or are returned after the 14 day 

       time period. 

    * All “Sale Items" purchased from the sale section of the website are final sale. (Items that receive a 

      discount because of promotions or specials are not considered may be returned like a full price item.)

     * Beauty Products, unless they arrive defective or broken

     

    Tips for a successful return:

    * Feel free to call or email us if something isn’t answered here or if you have questions specific to your

       situation – we want you to be happy and we will make all efforts to be sure that happens.

    * Make sure that items are received back in the store no later than 30 days from the day you received them

       Returns should be in the condition the item was received; unworn, with tags attached

    * Your refund will be credited back in the original form of payment.

    * Be sure to insure your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it

       has safely arrived. We cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

     * Again, you as a customer the most important part of this business so feel free to contact us at any 

        time and we will try everything to make sure you are happy.

     

    Shipping and Delivery:

    * At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including

      Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands for a flate rate of $5.00.

    * We ship merchandise internationally for additional fees.

    * The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise

       is delivered to United Parcel Service.


    Void Where Prohibited:

    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. FREE GROUND SHIPPING!!! and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

    Governing Law:

    In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of FREE GROUND SHIPPING!!! shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    Miscellaneous:

    The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and FREE GROUND SHIPPING!!! with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and FREE GROUND SHIPPING!!! with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by FREE GROUND SHIPPING!!!. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.



  • Sales Tax

  • FREE GROUND SHIPPING!!! charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Until further notice, any purchases being shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
